Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Clinic Manager, located on-site in Manama. The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective management of staff and resources. Responsibilities include monitoring and improving patient flow, managing budgets, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and coordinating with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care. The role also involves data analysis, reporting, and implementing best practices to enhance clinic performance.

Qualifications

Experience in clinic management, including staff supervision and resource management
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
Skills in budget management and financial oversight
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Ability to implement and monitor best practices for clinic performance
Relevant qualifications in healthcare management or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business
