Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Administrator located in Manama. The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, managing staff schedules, maintaining medical records, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additional duties will include budgeting, training staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications- Customer Service and Training skills
- Budgeting and Financial Management skills
- Experience with Medical Records and knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Background in Medicine or healthcare administration
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor\'s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is a plus
