Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bahrain for a Technical Sales Representative. The responsibilities include sales, customer service, technical training, and communication. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and end-users to promote products and acquire new business, as well as maintaining existing customer relationships.

  • Establishing the technical needs of customers and suggesting appropriate products.
  • Explaining complex technical information clearly to customers.
  • Following up with customers and resolving issues.
  • Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products.
  • Meeting sales targets consistently.
  • Reporting sales activities to management.
  • Updating customer communication records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in civil engineering, architectural engineering, or relevant field.
  • Mandatory understanding of AutoCAD, quantity surveying, materials calculations, and technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of construction materials like cement, concrete, flooring, and hardscaping.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Technical knowledge of company products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and follow up on leads.
  • Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance.
  • Valid driver's license and transferable visa.
