Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Executive Housekeeper located in Manama. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including managing laundry services, training staff, and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. The role includes coordinating with other departments to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will also be responsible for addressing guest requests and complaints, maintaining inventory, and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  1. Skills in Laundry and Organization
  2. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  3. Experience in Training staff
  4. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  5. Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks
  6. Prior experience in housekeeping management is a plus
  7. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
