Executive Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Job Description:
The Assistant Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including managing laundry services, training staff, and ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained. The role includes coordinating with other departments to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, as well as experience in training staff and implementing housekeeping policies and procedures. Prior experience in housekeeping management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage laundry services and ensure timely delivery of clean linens and uniforms
- Train and develop housekeeping staff to meet high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Coordinate with other departments to deliver excellent customer service
