Calo is an app providing personalized meal plans for busy people through nutritional algorithms, built with love by chefs, nutritionists, and software engineers. Key Responsibilities
  1. Driving strategic projects: Partner with the Chief of Staff, CEO, and teams across Calo to lead initiatives that influence company operations, including strategy playbooks, OKRs, organizational transformation, customer-centricity initiatives, operating models, cross-functional collaboration, and AI enablement.
  2. Supporting the zero-to-one: Support leaders of new initiatives in reaching product-market fit (PMF) in new segments, geographies, or models.
  3. Sprinting through high-stakes moments: Lead the creation of deliverables for strategic instances such as board meetings, leadership off-sites, town halls, and retrospectives, ensuring high visibility.
  4. Mastering the masterview: Maintain and enhance a comprehensive overview of key initiatives, follow up, support, facilitate, and reframe to sustain momentum.
  5. Filling the gaps: Demonstrate mental agility by proactively identifying and addressing missing elements or problems beyond your initial scope.
