Manager Talent Acquisition at stc Bahrain
  • Provide executive assistance to the Chief Executive Officer, including administrative and secretarial support. Ensure timely transcription and distribution of correspondences, and smooth operation of the CEO's schedule.
  • Perform and manage a wide range of administrative duties of a highly responsible and confidential nature.
  • Manage correspondence, route emails, and draft replies to ensure efficient communication.
  • Update and maintain the CEO's calendar.
  • Coordinate high-level conference calls, meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as liaison among senior executives, middle management, and staff.
  • Create effective organizational and filing systems for easy access to information.
  • Communicate and coordinate instructions from the executive with relevant departments.
  • Maintain confidentiality and track documentation securely.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, liaise with vendors, and prepare the CEO's budget.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
