ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager for Bahrain. The ideal candidate will build long-term, trusting relationships with customers, oversee a portfolio of clients, develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new sales avenues.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities for all Anker brands.
  • Create business plans for your accounts.
  • Achieve targets and KPIs monthly.
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
  • Meet with customers/clients/retailers face-to-face, via VC, or by phone.
  • Think strategically to set relevant aims and objectives, developing and improving the business within your accounts for the long term.
  • Conduct sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and present findings internally.
  • Work strategically with distribution partners, planning operational changes to meet customer demands.
  • Coordinate promotional strategies, budgeting, and activities with the marketing department.
  • Collaborate with finance, warehousing, and logistics teams as needed.
  • Seek continuous improvements in business operations.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events when appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years experience in Business Development or Key Accounts Management within the retail consumer electronics industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team player with strong social skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant tools.
  • Flexible, creative, and adaptable.
  • Willing to travel regularly.
