Software Sales – Account Manager

Kanoo Information Technology is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales – Account Manager to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling Microsoft ERP solutions, with a specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, specifically Business Central or Finance & Operations.
This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, managing large corporate accounts, and driving solution-based sales aligned with the company's strategic product lines. The candidate will be expected to meet gross profit targets, engage early with vendors, and coordinate across internal teams to deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the acquisition of new customers and generate sustainable business opportunities from acquired accounts.
- Strategically map, engage, and manage large corporate clients to build long-term relationships.
- Achieve assigned Gross Profit (GP) targets for the financial year through focused sales execution.
- Lead and grow solution-based sales initiatives for the company's core product lines.
- Ensure early vendor engagement and implement deal-protection strategies to improve the chances of successful closures.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Support, Back Office, and Management teams to deliver high-quality commercial and technical proposals in response to customer requests.
- Take proactive ownership of large deals by conducting thorough due diligence to increase win probability for tenders and proposals.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field — or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, specifically Business Central or Finance & Operations.
- Strong sales track record within the GCC region, preferably with direct experience in Bahrain.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large corporate accounts and close complex enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
