Rooms Division Manager
The Rooms Division Manager at Hawar Resort by Mantis oversees all aspects of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services. The role ensures high standards of service and quality are maintained consistently. The manager leads and inspires the team, ensuring efficient operations, an exceptional guest experience, and achievement of financial targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and develop the Rooms Division team, fostering excellence and collaboration.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance, implementing development plans.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
- Implement standard procedures to ensure service consistency and quality.
- Coordinate room inventory and reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Guest Experience Management:
- Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Monitor feedback and implement service improvements.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Financial Performance:
- Manage the budget, focusing on cost control and profitability.
- Analyze financial data to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
- Apply revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue.
- Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and security standards.
- Conduct inspections to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards.
- Develop quality assurance programs to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or hotel.
- Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
