As a Senior Sales Executive you shall be responsible in managing and growing strategic accounts, typically involving Decorative Projects segment. The primary role is to drive business growth by providing customized coating solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.

Join the sales team that's redefining decor

  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommend paint systems based on the project information gathered.
  • Maintain strong relationships with main key accounts contractors & applicators and to visit them regularly.
  • Exercise professional expertise on product and technical knowledge to ensure trust from specifiers.
  • Carry out regular site inspection to ensure customer are using Hempel product as per specification.
  • Prepare and submit quotations in line with company policy and negotiate theses quotations with concerned parties.
  • Handle inquiries from Ministries, government related establishments and provide relevant information correctly.
  • Coordinate with TSD personnel in case of request for a demonstration or site inspection sample.
  • Maintain at all times a good and updated knowledge about the market including competitors' activities, key projects, important contractors, consultants, etc.
  • Actively use and update CRM Tools and IQS for Sales (i.e. regular updating of Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Tasks/Activities.

What We're Looking For
  • University degree in Business Administration or any other related field preferably Technical (Chemistry) degree.
  • MBA or specific studies of Business Administration would be valuable.
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in coating industry from a reputed organization will be a plus.
  • Knowledge on paint technology and application.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Dynamic AX).
  • Familiarity with different sales techniques.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven
