Role Description

We are looking for an experienced committed person to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive in a full-time, on-site position based in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. This role requires an individual with proven experience in the luxury industry and a natural ability to connect with high-end clients. The ideal candidate will serve as an ambassador for MATTAR, offering a refined and personalized client experience while representing our house's values, story, and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of luxury retail and client expectations
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a consultative approach
  • Excellent customer relationship and clienteling skills
  • Product knowledge, particularly in fine jewelry or high-end goods
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Composure and grace under pressure
  • Fluency in Arabic and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Prior experience in luxury retail or hospitality is highly preferred
