Role Overview: Senior Sales Executive
You will drive digital transformation and decarbonization in the industrial sector through KBC's advanced technologies, focusing on the Middle East markets. Your responsibilities include developing account strategies, coordinating teams, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities

Drive business growth by aligning company and customer strategies through effective account management.
Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain a sales pipeline at least 3 times the target to ensure sustainable revenue.
Balance technology and consulting sales to meet corporate objectives.
Keep CRM data accurate to support decision-making.
Develop strategic plans for existing clients to expand and retain revenue.
Coordinate internal resources to meet client needs efficiently.
Work with product managers to identify new opportunities.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Engage with senior stakeholders to uncover new value areas.
Analyze industry trends to inform strategies.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Process, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Proven success in selling industrial software related to process simulation, energy management, or digitalization.
Experience managing senior relationships within enterprise accounts.
Knowledge of cultural, economic, and legal differences in the Middle East.
Ability to translate technical offerings into business outcomes.
Experience with long sales cycles, stakeholder engagement, and opportunity management.
Proactive, entrepreneurial, and well-networked.
