Job Description:

  • We are looking for an experienced professional who can develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with our company's vision and drive sales growth.
  • The ideal candidate will analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and optimize existing marketing strategies.
  • They will lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • This role requires establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • The successful candidate will monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • They will oversee the creation of engaging content that resonates with target audiences and enhances brand visibility.
  • This includes conducting regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and adjusting tactics accordingly.
  • The Sales and Marketing Manager will also train and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is preferred for advanced strategies.
  • A valid driver's license in Bahrain or any GCC country is preferable.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Candidates should be open to travel to Saudi Arabia as needed.
  • Sales experience outside of retail settings is required.
  • Strong project management skills are necessary.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) is a must.
