Role Description

1.Market Research and Analysis: Understanding the skincare & Laser market in Bahrain, including customer (existing and prospects) preferences (competitors) in clinics, salons, medical spas and market trends.

2.Product Knowledge: Gaining in-depth knowledge of the products being sold, including their features, benefits, and usage, get hands on training, registering on iS Clinical Edu platform/Forlled Education Portal/Sciton Showpad etc and completing courses in due time.

3.Client Acquisition and Management: Identifying potential clients (such as clinics, salons and spas) and establishing relationships. Managing existing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.

4.Business Development Strategy: Developing and initiating strategies to increase sales within the region like targeted events or social media campaigns, limited time promotions, partnerships & making KOLs.

5.Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets set for the region.

6.Networking and Representation: Representing skincare portfolio at events, exhibitions, and trade shows in Bahrain to network with potential clients and promote products.

7.Feedback and Reporting: Collecting customer feedback and market insights, and reporting these to the product development and marketing teams to help in improving the product range and marketing strategies.

8.Training and Education: Ensuring that existing accounts are up to date with training and encouraging demos to introduce LHC product range

Qualifications


• Product Specialists with thorough knowledge of dermatology and aesthetics products


• Excellent Analytical Skills to gather, interpret data, and provide insights


• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills


• Proven experience in Sales and achieving targets 1-2 years


• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering / science / pharmacology


• Ability to work on-site in Manama


• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
