On behalf of Bahrains leading high end luxury women only Spa/Salon and fitness studio we are seeking a dynamic and experienced manager to join the team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the salon, spa and gym providing exceptional service to our clients, and leading our talented team of professionals.

Only candidates with proven experience managing a high-end spa/salon/gym will be considered for the role.

Candidates based outside of the region are welcome to apply.

Salary BD 1,300 PM + accommodation + transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily salon operations and ensure a high standard of service.

- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to enhance client satisfaction.

- Maintain inventory levels and manage supplies to ensure the salon is well-stocked.

- Implement and uphold salon, spa and gym policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

- Collaborate with the owners to develop strategies for growth and improvement.

-Problem-solve day to day challenges.

-Maintain service quality standards.

-Create a healthy positive team of motivated individuals.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a management role within a similar environment.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- A passion for the beauty industry and customer service.
