Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and Arabic-speaking Business Analyst to join our team in Bahrain. In this role, he will be responsible for analyse and define business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions to drive efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and analyse data to support decision-making.
- Develop and document business requirements
- Convert requirements into Scrum EPICs & Stories
- Understands Scrum ceremonies and be able to support Whiteboarding, Sprint Planning by prioritising things with PO
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Design and implement solutions to optimize business processes.
- Create and maintain business documentation, including flowcharts and reports.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Fluency in written and spoken Arabic (essential).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira) a plus.
