Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, articulate, and reliable Market Research Interviewer, to join our research team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting structured interviews with respondents, either face-to-face, via phone, or online, to collect accurate and high-quality data for research and consulting purposes.

This role is crucial to providing clients with actionable insights and supporting evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research interviews with individuals or businesses using prepared questionnaires.

Record responses accurately and objectively, ensuring high-quality data collection.

Follow interview guidelines, survey logic, and respondent confidentiality protocols.

Reach assigned targets in terms of completed interviews and quotas.

Ensure a respectful and professional respondent experience at all times.

Coordinate with field supervisors and project managers on daily progress and reporting.

Attend training sessions on project-specific methodologies and quality control.

Identify and report any issues or inconsistencies in data collection.

Requirements

Proven communication skills and a clear, confident speaking voice.

Strong command of [English and Arabic] (written and spoken).

Ability to follow structured questionnaires and data entry protocols.

Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, or survey software.

Must be detail-oriented, punctual, and organized.

Flexible to work during evenings, weekends, or irregular hours, depending on project needs.

Experience in customer service, sales, or previous interviewing is an asset.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Market Research, Business, Communications, Sociology, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in fieldwork, data collection, or call center operations.

Knowledge of research ethics and data privacy standards.

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines under pressure.

Familiarity with quota-based or sample-driven interviewing.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with respondents quickly.
