The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and assisting with debt collection from delinquent clients and managing accounts receivable. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring timely payment collection.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist with debt collection efforts from delinquent clientsManage accounts receivable, including invoicing, follow-ups, and payment processingCollaborate with the finance team to ensure timely collection of paymentsMaintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and payment transactionsProvide feedback on customer service and collection processes for continuous improvementAdhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service and/or collections preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailProficiency in using CRM software and other relevant toolsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of accounts receivable management and debt collection practices is a plusIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity and meet the qualifications outlined above, we encourage you to apply.
