Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dynamic Travel Agent located in Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The Dynamic Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, providing excellent customer service, arranging travel details, handling car rental services, and driving sales. The role involves the daily management of travel arrangements, from the initial booking process to ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Reservations, Travel Arrangements, and Car Rental services
  • Strong Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Proven Sales skills and the ability to achieve targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting
  • Proficiency in travel booking software and digital tools
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
