This role offers an opportunity to leverage your domain knowledge, skills, and experience within the Customer Success Services (CSS) team, focusing on Oracle SaaS/PaaS products. You will support customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SaaS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and managing PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integrating with Oracle SaaS products. Responsibilities include developing, integrating, and implementing application components, including front-end development, database integration, and OTBI Reports. You will play a key role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications. The SCM domain specialist ensures solution architecture feasibility and mitigates risks by collaborating with subject matter experts across domains. Additionally, proposing customer roadmaps to realize solutions is part of the role. We seek an experienced SCM domain specialist with a focus on functional SCM process architecture and solution architecture across all SCM disciplines. Broader Oracle ERP knowledge is desirable.

What You Will Do
  • Lead and participate as a functional leader/advisor in service activities such as gap analysis, solution design, POCs, demonstrations, requirements gathering, project delivery, quality assurance, and collaboration with Oracle teams at client locations or offshore.
  • Document and review requirement specifications.
  • Analyze business requirements, participate in functional design, and document/review functional specifications.
  • Travel as needed to client sites within and outside MEA for implementations, product walkthroughs, and POC workshops.
  • Coordinate with onsite teams and clients during implementations to ensure project success.
  • Use established standards, tools, and processes to deliver quality work.
  • Document all work according to agreed standards and processes.
  • Adhere to change control and audit/compliance requirements.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer at project completion.
  • Provide timely status reports and submit timesheets.
What You'll Bring

Your drive, knowledge, and commitment will help us become the leading cloud company. We look for:

  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle applications, SaaS, and PaaS solutions, including at least 6+ years in SaaS implementations, with proven industry experience in SCM solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Detailed functional knowledge of Oracle SaaS (experience with eBusiness Suite is a plus), within at least one industry.
  • Ability to collaborate with client business teams independently.
  • Skills in analyzing solutions, estimations, methodologies, risks, and recommendations.
  • Understanding of client requirements and mapping them to existing products or features.
  • Experience leading project meetings and product walkthroughs.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of industry terminologies, concepts, and processes.
  • Good communication and documentation skills in English; Arabic is strongly recommended.
  • Experience in the implementation/support of Oracle SaaS.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel and work at offshore sites.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and pursue relevant Oracle SaaS certifications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Understanding of multiple industries.
  • Knowledge of FMW/PaaS development tools is a plus.
Other Skills
  • Basic SQL, report writing, workflow/dashboard creation skills.
  • Exposure to software development processes and testing tools.
