What You'll Do
  • Manage government relations (LMRA, SIO, MOL, Tamkeen) and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee HR administration, including contracts, payroll, and employee records.
  • Support employee relations, handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
  • Optimize HR processes, track key metrics, and improve efficiency in HR operations.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR support across teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
  • 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on government relations in Bahrain.
  • Solid knowledge of LMRA, SIO, MOL, and Tamkeen processes.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
