Location: Bahrain (with frequent travel across the region as part of the role)

Objective:

Lead and scale Viritti's Remote Concierge and Enablement operations, ensuring world-class service delivery, seamless tech integration, and regional business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full P&L ownership for Viritti and its service lines.

- Oversee daily operations and growth across Remote Concierge and Enablement models.

- Design and implement SOPs, SLAs, performance metrics, and training programs.

- Build, lead, and scale remote service teams (access management, call center, etc.).

- Travel across regions of operation to establish, audit, and scale service delivery — this is a core responsibility, not occasional travel.

- Represent Viritti at industry exhibitions, events, and conferences to build the brand and unlock new business opportunities.

- Drive strategic partnerships with real estate developers, operators, and service platforms.

Collaboration with Rokket:

- Development Partner: Collaborate to develop and enhance tools that power Viritti's service models.

- Support Provider: Oversee and coordinate with Rokket for system support and troubleshooting.

- Reseller Channel: Work closely with Rokket's sales team to support and drive their sales efforts, provide training, join strategic meetings, and help close enterprise deals.

  • 10+ years of experience, including5+ years in senior leadershiproles within customer service operations, facilities management, or outsourced service industries
  • Proven success in building and scalingremote, tech-enabled service teams
  • Comfortable usingSaaS tools, dashboards, CRM, and service platforms
  • Strong understanding ofSLAs, KPIs, operational audits, and performance bench-marking
  • Industry background inBPO, hospitality tech, concierge services, orreal estate operations
