Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and competitive landscape
- Spot and evaluate new business opportunities in line with market requirements, identifying new products and business channels/segments for growth
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans referring to current market atmosphere and competitor activities
- Establish, manage, and maintain strong relationships with agents, distributors, and channel partners in target markets
- Guide and support partners for enhanced performance through product development, market adaptation, and training
- Manage existing key accounts while actively building new territory and customer networks
- Collaborate with back office teams – technical, production, logistics, finance, and customer service – to ensure seamless business operations and customer satisfaction
- Study and analyze regional markets for entry strategies and channel development, particularly in MEA regions
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, and related industry trends to maintain a competitive edge
- Support international expansion by exploring new markets, managing multi-channel distribution, and securing new distributor partnerships
- Coordinate and manage international logistics across land, sea, and air freight in alignment with Incoterms and regional compliance
- Travel up to 50% across Africa (e.g., Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Senegal, Mozambique, Ivory Coast, etc.) and the Middle East (e.g., Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait) for market visits, partner meetings, and on-the-ground business development
- Coordinate and manage international logistics across land, sea, and air freight in alignment with Incoterms and regional compliance

- Solid industry knowledge with a track record in product management and business channel development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently, make decisions, and drive results across departments and geographies

- Willingness to travel internationally up to 50% as needed
