We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth in the scrap and metals sector. The role involves building strong relationships with suppliers and buyers, expanding our client base, and ensuring successful transactions across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. The candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and representing the company in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential suppliers and buyers in the scrap and metals sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Promote and onboard clients to our platform and services.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals effectively.
  • Conduct regular market visits across Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the scrap, metals, or related industrial sectors.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia.
  • Valid driving license
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
