Purpose of the Role:

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in end-to-end project management. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall user experience. Our ideal candidates should combine a technical background with a Business Administration degree.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and maintain the product backlog.
  2. Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  3. Interact with clients to understand product requirements clearly.
  4. Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow.
  5. Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur.
  6. Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  7. Analyze and coordinate product-related activities to meet or exceed client needs.
  8. Assist in new product developments and enhancements.
  9. Develop product specifications and provide support in preparing RFPs, user manuals & user guides.
  10. Participate in UAT testing and troubleshooting during new deployments.
  11. Schedule team meetings to discuss product issues and requirements with internal and external teams.
  12. Perform product inspections to identify and rectify any defects by reviewing technical logs to identify issues.
  13. Coordinate with the engineering department to deliver functional solutions.
  14. Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps.
  15. Create support and training documents for internal and external users.
  16. Work hand in hand with the business analysis team to draft requirements.
  17. Develop and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance post-launch to evaluate future investment.
  18. Developing and leading the product launch process.
  19. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Attributes:

  1. 1-3 years experience in software development, project management in technical project delivery is required.
  2. Experienced using JIRA & Confluence management tool.
  3. BSc in Business Software Development, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
  4. Excellent technical knowledge with understanding of software development cycle.
  5. Intellectually curious and solution-driven mindset.
  6. Being flexible and agile to adapt in different circumstances.
  7. Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
