Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Product Specialist to join our team and support excellent product delivery. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge about a product or range, recommend improvements, and identify opportunities. A successful Product Specialist is passionate about their products, continuously expanding their knowledge. They should be empathetic with users, able to identify their real needs, and have a comprehensive understanding of the product to suggest alternatives if a need isn't directly met by existing features. Main Responsibilities Launching new features for athletes Redesigning existing flows Handling experiments & A/B testing of initiatives Managing stakeholders and aligning within the product Conducting analytics, quality checks, and testing Qualifications Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering Knowledge and Competency Experience in team leadership Outstanding communication and leadership skills Ability to perform engaging demonstrations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Focus on continuous improvement and attention to detail Effective collaboration skills Understanding of software and systems Ability to recall product features accurately Personality Action-oriented problem solver Strong communicator Empathetic and patient leader
