Digital Marketing Associate

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, with a strong focus on social media and Google Ads.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Executing organic and paid campaigns on digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) including scheduling, posting, targeting, re-targeting, segmentation, and assigning keywords to generate leads
  2. Tracking online media expenses and conversion data to measure online campaign performance
  3. Monitoring and reporting on ad performance, lead generation, engagement data, and statistics such as impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, etc.
  4. Creating dashboards to visualize online campaign data and performance
  5. Employing digital growth tactics on social media and websites to expand reach, such as adding pixels and setting up UTM parameters for campaign tracking
  6. Performing basic artwork amendments like resizing, adding branding elements, and modifying content
  7. Liaising with media production companies for event coverage, videos, animations, etc.
  8. Optimizing search engine visibility and lead conversion by uploading keywords, metadata, blog posts, alt-text, etc.
  9. Helping maintain and organize all campaign assets to ensure accessibility
  10. Staying updated with digital trends and competitor campaigns
Academic Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B or telecommunications
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts and creating compelling content
Additional Information:
  • The position is open only for Bahraini nationals.
  • The position will be hired through our outsource partner.
