Job Description :
  • Salesforce Experience with hands-on experience on Sales cloud Service cloud, Experience cloud and Industry cloud
  • Hands-on experience on including Force.com, Lightning, Apex, Triggers, LWC and out of the box features.
  • Integrate with Force.com Web services including SOAP, WSDL, REST, SSL standards, security models and typical API client architecture.
  • Analyze complex business and technical requirements for best-fit solution
  • Prepare the technical design for the Salesforce application considering all the functional, technical, and integration needs of the application
  • Use additional API techniques such as Salesforce Bulk and Metadata API.
  • Work with engineers on the design, deployment and continuous improvement of existing integrations and provide guidance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Provide guidance to others through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Provide solutions that are compliant with IT standards and policies.
Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in design discussions and collaborate with SME and Business Users in understanding requirements, creation of design documents and guide development team through development, testing and Implementation activities.
  • Will be responsible for performing production support activities like configuration changes, data changes etc.
  • Will be the FPOC for Business and SME in case of any issues.
  • Will be responsible for taking requirements, creating design, explain the requirements and design to development team and get changes done.
  • Core reviews and implementation of best practices.
  • Engaging with Infra team to implement changes in production environment.
  • Monitoring of Production Env.
  • Updating Design/Test artifacts as required.
