Job Description:
As a Luxury Jewellery Consultant, you will be the face of our prestigious brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, personalized styling advice, and creating memorable experiences for clients seeking high-end jewellery. Your expertise in luxury products, combined with your excellent sales skills, will enable you to cultivate long-term relationships with clients while ensuring that store targets and business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding and personalized service to each client, helping them find the perfect piece of jewellery for every occasion. Establish rapport and maintain ongoing relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the luxury jewellery brand's collections, craftsmanship, gemstones, and trends to advise clients accurately on their choices. Stay informed about new product arrivals and industry developments.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and close sales.
- Client Consultation: Offer style advice, ensuring that clients are matched with jewellery pieces that fit their individual tastes, occasions, and preferences. Provide insight into product care, warranties, and after-sales services.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store displays jewellery collections in an attractive and organized manner, following brand guidelines. Participate in setting up promotional events, ensuring that product visibility and appeal are maximized.
- Market Knowledge: Understand the luxury market in Bahrain, including customer preferences, competitors, and local trends. Provide feedback to management on customer insights and market needs.
- Administrative Support: Assist with inventory management, process transactions, and maintain accurate client records. Follow all in-store policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on high-end jewellery, watches, or accessories.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of luxury jewellery, gemstones, metals, and trends. Ability to communicate technical aspects of jewellery in an approachable and accessible manner.
- Customer-Centric: Passionate about providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic is a plus.
- Sales-Driven: Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a luxury retail environment. Ability to handle high-value transactions with discretion and professionalism.
- Presentation & Style: Impeccable personal grooming and professional appearance, in line with the luxury brand's standards.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and maintain a respectful, customer-focused approach.
