Beacon Private School seeks a creative Marketing Lead to enhance the school's brand image and communication with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture high-quality event photographs to highlight learners' achievements and school culture, and manage a photo archive for easy access.
- Edit and enhance photos for promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts, designing visually appealing graphics and layouts that align with the school's branding.
- Record and edit videos to create compelling content for school marketing, events, and announcements, developing creative promotional videos to highlight key programs and initiatives.
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote the school's programs and values, aiming to increase learners' enrollment, manage social media platforms, website content, and digital presence, organize events, and collaborate with external parties.
- Proven experience in photography and design with a background in marketing.
- Proven experience in running marketing campaigns, both digital and physical, with a track record of outcomes from previous actions.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) as well as Canva.
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong communication and interdepartmental skills to work closely with the admissions department.
