The Executive Assistant to the President is a critical role at Reso University, responsible for providing exceptional support to the institution's leadership and ensuring the smooth operation of the president's office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Management: The Executive Assistant efficiently manages the president's schedule, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, as well as preparing and organizing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison between the president's office and internal/external stakeholders, developing and maintaining relationships that support the president's goals and priorities.
  • Event Planning: This position requires coordinating and preparing materials for board meetings, faculty meetings, and other strategic events, taking and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Initiative Oversight: The Executive Assistant oversees special projects and initiatives at the request of the president, including strategic planning, events, and key university activities, tracking progress and reporting back on outcomes.
  • Resource Coordination: This role involves planning and executing university events, such as alumni gatherings, donor meetings, faculty/staff appreciation events, and public lectures, ensuring the president's involvement aligns with their schedule.
