  • You will manage our front office team, leading by example to ensure all aspects of the guest journey are delivered at the highest level.
  • You will demonstrate patience, empathy, and a hosting personality, while managing budgets and inventory.
  • As part of the management team, you will proactively work to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth operation of the front office department.
Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to drive guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with guests, staff, and other departments.
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating front desk staff.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Time management skills for effective staff scheduling and workflow management.
  • Experience in staff training and development.
  • Solid understanding of front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and guest billing.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected situations and changing priorities.
