Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing correspondence, reports, and documents
- Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Taking, typing, and distributing minutes of meetings
- Implementing and maintaining office systems
- Maintaining schedules and calendars
- Arranging and confirming appointments
- Organizing internal and external events
- Handling incoming mail and other material
- Setting up and maintaining filing systems
- Communicating verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information
- Liaising with internal and external contacts
- Coordinating the flow of information both internally and externally
- Operating office equipment
- Managing office space
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a secretary role
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills
- Proficiency in computers and ability to learn new software applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to type 60 wpm
- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Knowledge of business principles
- Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
