Tunnel Solution is looking for a strategic, creative, and client-savvy Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you're someone who can turn a brief into a brand movement and manage both vision and execution, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop Strategic Marketing Plans: Create and execute tailored marketing strategies that align with client goals, brand identity, and market insights.
  • Client Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact, from understanding client objectives to presenting creative direction and campaign reports.
  • Creative Direction & Content Planning: Collaborate with our design, video, and social media teams to guide content development, visuals, and campaign storytelling.
  • Team Collaboration & Project Management: Oversee and coordinate project timelines, task delegation, and internal communication to ensure seamless execution across departments.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to adjust and enhance strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Evaluate campaign results using key KPIs and prepare insightful reports for clients and internal review.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, digital campaigns, and client servicing
  • Strong creative sense with a background in guiding design, video, or branding work
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and lead projects independently
  • Comfortable using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, project management platforms, and content calendars
  • A natural leader who can motivate and align the team toward shared creative goals
