Job Description:

  1. Be responsible for overseas product operation, including 4P integrated marketing and product life cycle management, and ensure the success of the product in the market.
  2. Formulate and adjust product and sales strategies, including market insight, channel research, price setting, and overall sales policy planning throughout the product life cycle.
  3. Work closely with the sales department to organize and promote product entry into sales channels, monitor and analyze purchase, sales, and inventory data in real time, and dynamically adjust sales strategies.
  4. Manage supply and distribution strategies at different stages and collaborate with the supply chain department to adjust the supply rhythm as needed.
  5. Achieve quarterly and annual sales and gross profit targets for the assigned country and conduct regular data analysis.

Position Requirements:

  1. Experience in successfully launching products overseas is preferred.
  2. Awareness of P&L and financial management knowledge.
  3. Strong leadership skills and influence within upstream and downstream industries, with experience in matrix organizations.
  4. Excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and project management skills.
  5. High market awareness, clear analytical thinking, and strategic formulation abilities.
  6. Strong willingness to learn and ability to learn quickly.
  7. Resilient, optimistic, result-oriented, and achievement-driven.
