Are you a results-driven sales professional with strong contacts in Bahrain's supermarkets, hospitals, restaurants, and corporate sectors? Environ Plastic Technology is expanding and seeking a Field Sales Executive to grow market share for our biodegradable plastic packaging products—primarily shopping bags and garbage bags.

The Role

As a Field Sales Executive (full-time, on-site in Bahrain), you will:

  1. Regularly identify and acquire new clients while managing and growing existing accounts.
  2. Leverage your established network to drive sales of biodegradable plastic shopping and garbage bags.
  3. Visit clients, deliver compelling product presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure top-notch customer service.
  4. Stay informed about market trends and competitor activity within Bahrain's biodegradable packaging space.
  5. Focus your efforts on supermarkets, hospitals, restaurants, and similar organizations needing sustainable, dependable packaging solutions.

Qualifications

  1. Proven B2B sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  2. Established and trusted contacts in Bahrain's supermarket, hospitality, and healthcare sectors.
  3. Deep knowledge of the Bahrain market and ability to source new leads regularly.
  4. Valid Bahrain driving license; willingness to travel across the Kingdom.
  5. Familiarity with biodegradable plastic packaging products, particularly shopping and garbage bags, is a strong plus.
  6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
