Generate impactful and meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, growing customer engagement, and supporting the campaigns team. Lead and promote social influencer programs, while regularly attending social influencer events. Keep updated on the best practices and emerging trends in social media. Prepare periodical reports on social media marketing efforts for the Digital Marketing Lead. Set definite objectives and report on social media Return on Investment (ROI). Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge. Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs. Plan and manage digital strategies for clients and work towards defined goals. Present and consult clients on social media and digital marketing strategies. Define SMART KPIs and metrics to track for each client. Prepare client proposals and present reports on clients' progress. Experience with audience and buyer persona research. Good understanding of social media KPIs. Qualifications Proficiency in many social media platforms. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.). Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.1 or more years of social media experience, including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic - English) and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy. Experience using various analytics software. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
