Yolo Digital Marketing is currently searching for a Social Media Specialist to join our team and lead the marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, creative person with experience and a passion for engaging with current and future customers. The ultimate goal is to turn fans into customers. The required job role focuses on creating visuals and publishing content on all social media platforms, including Tik Tok, Twitter, and Instagram, to help the marketing department reach the desired goals through effective use of tools to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales. The Social Media Specialist will oversee site metrics, interact with readers, and be responsible for creative design. He or she will implement content strategies on social media platforms, analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and plan digital campaigns to build community online. Responsibilities Plan and manage the various social media platforms. Plan and manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing on various digital platforms. Design and supervise all aspects of the social media platforms. Produce, edit, distribute, and share engaging content on a regular basis (e.g., original text, photos, and videos). Interact with fans and followers, reply to queries promptly, and monitor customer feedback. Create and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals. Have excellent knowledge of Tik Tok, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices. Generate impactful and meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, growing customer engagement, and supporting the campaigns team. Lead and promote social influencer programs, while regularly attending social influencer events. Keep updated on the best practices and emerging trends in social media. Prepare periodical reports on social media marketing efforts for the Digital Marketing Lead. Set definite objectives and report on social media Return on Investment (ROI). Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge. Investigate and determine clients' wants and needs. Plan and manage digital strategies for clients and work towards defined goals. Present and consult clients on social media and digital marketing strategies. Define SMART KPIs and metrics to track for each client. Prepare client proposals and present reports on clients' progress. Experience with audience and buyer persona research. Good understanding of social media KPIs. Qualifications Proficiency in many social media platforms. Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.). Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.1 or more years of social media experience, including planning and managing content in a corporate or agency setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic - English) and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy. Experience using various analytics software. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
