About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage all aspects of a multi-cuisine restaurant's operations in Bahrain. As a key leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, including managing staffing, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance restaurant performance
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations
- E nsure guests have an outstanding dining experience
- Address customer feedback effectively and implement improvements
- Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Ensure the restaurant complies with health and safety standards
- Manage inventory, ensuring the availability of all supplies
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a multi-cuisine setup
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent financial management and analytical abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
