CEO & Founder | Syskode Technologies | Business Deck | Shop Spot | Bot Pe | Ticket Magic |Job Overview Syskode Technologies is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead operations, manage client success, oversee project delivery (AI, Saa S, mobile, web, design), and build internal systems and teams that allow the company to scale. You will be the execution backbone of the company, making sure things run smoothly while the founder focuses on strategy, sales, and long-term vision. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of daily operations, including project planning, team coordination, and delivery. Lead client onboarding, proposal creation, and ensure post-sale success. Manage cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers). Standardize and document processes for project execution, reporting, and quality control. Oversee Saa S, AI, and mobile app projects from kickoff to launch. Conduct performance reviews, recruit talent, and grow internal capabilities. Collaborate closely with the founder on quarterly goals and key business priorities. Step in for the founder when needed in client meetings, strategic decisions, and escalations. Requirements5–10 years in tech operations, Saa S, or mobile/web development leadership. Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple projects. Understanding of software delivery lifecycle, especially in AI, Saa S, and mobile tech. Strong communication, leadership, and process-building mindset. Experience with CRM, project tools, and client-facing documentation. Startup or agency background preferred. What You'll Get C-level role with strategic decision-making power.
