Project Manager - Bahrain Aon in the Middle East Manama, Capital Governorate, Bahrain (On-site)The role requires an operational and strategically minded individual who is interactive by nature, with a strong background of project/business management skills. The scope of work will initially be Project Management with a transition into Operations Management/Product Ownership at the implementation of the Project. The Appropriate Candidate Will Be Required To: Project Management - overseeing the end-to-end project management process to live, and for any further phases or enhancements to the Product. Operations Lead - Lead the BAU operation and liaison between the various operational, IT, and administration teams. Client relationship and management - developing and maintaining the client relationship, looking for new commercial opportunities, and implementing and maintaining BAU communication strategies with clients and stakeholders. Product ownership - understanding and prioritizing user requirements, defining product features, and driving product development. Carry out end-to-end leadership and program management, monitoring and managing client relationships and expectations. Manage the project team including hiring, training, and evaluation as well as collaborating with a wider cross-functional group and outsourced teams. Be responsible and accountable for regular monitoring and reporting on the project and moving forward, the business performance. Develop operational policies, procedures, and processes, implement these, and manage them once the project has been completed and implemented. Education/Professional Qualifications: University degree. Preferably qualified PMO. Minimum 7 years' experience in Project management. Excellent verbal, organizational, and communication skills, used to working with C-level management. Confident, accurate, self-motivated, and resilient. Discrete, diplomatic, flexible, and reliable. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Possess a good customer and business/operations perspective.
