About The Role
Job Purpose:
To assist customers with selling, collections, and customer care in compliance with ZAIN BH sales guidelines, business processes, and procedures.
Main Duties & Responsibilities

Build customer trust in the services and products offered by Zain.
Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement in handling complaints and service requests across all touchpoints.
Provide practical feedback on customer experiences to product owners for enhancement and development.
Sell products and services (post-paid and pre-paid lines, handsets, accessories, vouchers, etc.) and all after-sales services for existing and new customers.
Develop product knowledge by staying updated with service and product offerings.
Report challenges related to shop appearance and maintenance.
Coordinate with the team leader to manage shop opening and closing.
Handle stock delivery, dispatch, and regular stock counts in coordination with the team leader.
Respond to customer inquiries by consulting systems, help desk, and other records.
Assist subscribers with maintaining/updating accounts, billing inquiries, and collecting payments.
Manage inventory at the point of sale, ensuring secure storage and assisting with reconciliations.
Collect payments securely and orderly from customers.
Handle customer issues and complaints, log them in the system, and escalate when necessary.
Manage cash and other payments, ensuring daily reconciliation against system records.
Verify and collect required documentation, such as IDs, forms, and receipts, and hand them over to the team leader at the end of the shift.
Continuously improve personal performance to meet and exceed targets and objectives.
Ensure compliance with all applicable policies and regulatory requirements related to information security.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned or needed.
