About the Role:
The candidate will be responsible for managing the visual merchandising of the store to deliver effective and commercial visual standards, including store layouts and window displays, thereby contributing to the achievement of brand sales targets.

Responsibilities:
Visual Standards:
Implement and execute mannequin styling according to vice president directives and current trends to showcase innovation, detail, and style. Execute new seasonal vice president directives and guidelines, interpreting them effectively to meet store requirements and implement seasonal updates aligned with the brand vision. Create wall and table visual displays that demonstrate innovation and creativity in line with visual concepts. Gain product knowledge on key investments, best sellers, and seasonal key looks. Manage POP and mannequin displays, including base identification, storage, returns, requests, and care before and after campaigns. Implement all visual processes and procedures to ensure best practices across all stores within the area of responsibility. Support back-of-house management to assist in servicing the sales floor, including POP management, wardrobe imagery, and benefit sign management. Make visual merchandising decisions based on business performance, best sellers, and departmental performance. Contribute to photo reports and work with assistant visual managers to create presentation reports, maintaining visual records of all VM updates and campaigns.

Supporting Marketing Initiatives:
Review the delivery of visual activities against schedules. Manage and implement seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images and benefit signs. Provide feedback to line managers and local suppliers on the quality and content of visual materials; manage marketing carts, VM costs, and props. Execute campaigns and events, collaborating with agencies to ensure best practices and proper implementation based on experience and knowledge.

Self-Management:
Set performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensure their achievement throughout the year. Take ownership of personal learning by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager.

Requirements:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or a relevant field.
