Our Italian fine dining restaurant seeks a seasoned Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the business, delivering exceptional menu quality and motivating staff to provide outstanding customer service.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure seamless restaurant operations and adhere to General Manager's guidelines.
- Mentor employees to uphold restaurant standards and respect protocols.
- Monitor productivity, providing constructive feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
- Organize workflow and assign tasks according to Operational Standards.
- Supervise Opening, Interval, and Closing duties for FOH departments.
- Establish performance goals, including training and briefing on policies.
- Sustain a high-performing team by sharing performance insights, targets, and goals.
- Schedule work hours and shifts efficiently.
- Communicate company updates, financial results, and new objectives effectively.
- Aid management in resolving emergencies, such as quality or customer issues.
- Contribute to team retention through regular 'one-on-one' meetings and performance appraisals.
- Participate in hiring and firing processes.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in Italian cuisine.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management.
- Capacity to support management decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with guests and staff.
- Strong leadership abilities, fostering open communication with employees.
- Effective time management and conflict resolution skills.
