Alzayani Investments is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Handover Specialist (Bahraini Candidate) to join our team in Sitrah, Bahrain. This is a full-time position. The role involves ensuring a premium, personalized, and pressure-free experience for prospects and customers during vehicle handovers, thereby indirectly boosting sales by providing the right information about products, services, and features. Responsibilities: Checking vehicles before handover, including fuel, body, accessories, and readiness of handover forms. Sending a welcoming video to the customer on the day of the handover. Preparing and greeting the customer for vehicle handover. Providing an exceptional vehicle handover experience, including demonstrating vehicle technology and presenting a handover gift. Arranging a second handover appointment at the customer's location or in the showroom to assist with additional technical needs. Sending a congratulation video after delivery. Following up with calls post-handover to ensure customer satisfaction. Visiting the customer or inviting them to the dealership for a second handover, presenting a second gift, and familiarizing them with all vehicle options. Following up on customer surveys. Qualifications: Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. Experience in handling and supporting premium customers. Strong understanding of handover procedures and documentation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Must be a Bahraini citizen.
