Head of Sales and Marketing A leading pharmaceutical company in Bahrain seeks a seasoned sales and marketing professional to drive growth and expansion in the region. About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales and Marketing with a retail background to lead our sales and marketing efforts in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, managing paid search campaigns, collaborating with digital agencies, and establishing partnerships with industry influencers. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions. Collaborate with digital agencies to enhance campaign performance and achieve optimal results. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant influencers in the skincare and beauty industry to expand our reach and customer base. Create engaging and informative content for our website, blog, and social media platforms to resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer preferences, informing our marketing strategies and product development. Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Work closely with our management team to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless execution. Evaluate and analyze competitor operations, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to develop new markets through sales aids, advertising, promotional programs, and field services. Assist in the development and implementation of our branch's training and development plan to ensure staff are equipped to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding applicable terms and conditions (underwriting conditions) as required by law. Report on key business metrics, including new business, total walk-in clients, queries, and collections, to our Sales Manager on a regular basis. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or retail industry.
