GF1658 - REVENUE MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE ANALYSTCompany: Gulf Air Division: Commercial Location: Department: Revenue Management Closing Date: 04-May-2025 MAIN OBJECTIVESThis role is a key part of the Pricing & Revenue Management and Commercial team, focusing on driving revenue growth and profitability for Gulf Air. The jobholder will own all pricing and revenue management KPIs, as well as revenue and budgeting reports for top management, ensuring data quality and effective visualization to support timely decision-making. Responsibilities include leading internal and cross-functional teams to identify revenue opportunities and risks, performing complex analyses, and making strategic recommendations to improve revenue performance. MAIN DUTIESLead teams to identify revenue risks and growth opportunities across the network, ensuring revenue generation actions are implemented. Develop and utilize advanced tools and analytical techniques to monitor performance metrics such as revenue spill, spoilage, RASK, etc. Understand risk models and determine key revenue and profitability indicators to proactively manage revenue risks. Create and maintain management reports providing insights into PRM and RASK performance, facilitating effective decision-making. Conduct revenue impact analyses for pricing and demand strategies, including competitor fare monitoring. Generate detailed reports and monitoring tools to support PRM strategies, especially during peak periods and special events. Manage projects and scenario modeling with finance and other commercial teams. Analyze past performance to identify revenue drivers and trends at various organizational levels. Lead business process sessions to optimize reporting and pricing strategies. Leverage advanced modeling, AI, and machine learning to develop tools that monitor capacity and market conditions. Create visual presentations for management, including waterfall and dynamic charts. Develop frameworks for continuous improvement of revenue management processes and systems. EDUCATION AND TRAININGBachelor's degree in Economics, Math, Finance, or related field; Master's preferred. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power BI, SQL, and Power Point. Good command of English. EXPERIENCEMinimum 3 years in analytical, strategic planning, financial analysis, or consulting roles, with preference for airline industry experience and knowledge of Pricing and Revenue Management.
