Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, prioritizing timely action and adhering to ISO procedures and safety protocols.
  • Process shipments accurately, creating airway bills and offering tailored solutions to customers.
  • Provide after-hours support by tracking and tracing shipments, maintaining network standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of departments, products, services, and pricing to address customer inquiries confidently.
  • Highlight recurring issues and direct corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Promote value-added services, participate in sales initiatives, and suggest process improvements to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
  • English and Arabic language proficiency.
  • Telco/sales experience in a multinational environment with customer interaction.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent PC skills, numerical literacy, and thorough knowledge of company products and services.
