Job Title: Sales Executive Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level and join a dynamic team at the forefront of the media industry? Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and advertising needs. Collaborate with clients to develop customized media plans that align with their objectives and budget. Present proposals and pitch creative advertising solutions. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue and profitability. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Act as a brand ambassador for the agency, representing its values and offerings professionally and positively in all interactions. Ability to communicate efficiently with clients. Key Competencies Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Ability to commute to Saudi Arabia (Alkhobar, Dammam, Riyadh) for client meetings.1-2 years experience in sales (preferably within the media or advertising industry). Good understanding of media planning, buying, and digital advertising. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Proficiency in using software and other sales tools.
