Job Overview
The Call Centre Agent is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, focusing on sales and customer service. The role requires a self-motivated individual with high energy and strong communication skills to maintain good rapport over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
Answer all calls within 2 rings.
Maintain a cordial and positive tone during all calls.
Identify customer needs and address their queries and requests.
Sell, up-sell, and cross-sell products and services.
Clarify next steps and requirements with customers before ending the call.
Perform data entry and manage filing and documentation.
Update and ensure accuracy of data records.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum high school certification; diploma and relevant work experience preferred.
Strong communication and selling skills.
Positive energy and teamwork ethos.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
Good understanding of services offered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
Working Conditions
Normal working hours are 40 hours per week with rotating shifts, which may include occasional weekends and evenings.
